The Fife Federation has dramatically altered way that pigeon racing is paid for, in its annual general meeing yesterday.

The proposal passed is for a blanket fee of £143 for all members, partnerships to pay £20 on top of this figure. However included in this fee is unlimited birdage to the 13 federation races.
