Application Guidelines
- All applications require a reference from a club or federation official. This person may be contacted with reference to the application.
- The date of the incident must be within 6 calendar months prior to the application being received by the secretary.
- Any moneys received must be spent on re-establishing the applicant in the sport, and may not be spent on the purchase of birds. Receipts from the successful applicant may be requested by the fund committee at any time in the following 12 months of payment.
- The fund committee will decide on all applications; and that decision will be final.
- The applicant will be notified of the decision via contact details given on the application form.
- The committee hold the right to alter these guidelines at any time.
